Mannequins of Milestones

With Milestones Museum remaining closed during the national lockdown, Operations Manager David has been spending quite a bit of time on his own at the living history museum and is becoming well acquainted with the mannequins that call the museum home. In this episode David discusses two mannequins, Elijah and Burt and shares their thoughts on the coal industry in the Victorian period. David talks through the Great Smog of London, Edwardian energy efficiency and the importance of strawberries in Hampshire.
