Forest Arts Open Exhibition 2022: and the winner is...

Forest Arts Centre, New Milton is currently co-hosting this year's Arts Open Exhibition, alongside Ashcroft Arts Centre, Fareham and West End Centre, Aldershot, to great acclaim.

The third annual exhibition at Forest Arts features more than 40 pieces by 28 artists, ranging from professionals to hobbyists, working with multiple mediums and subjects.

Attendees of the exhibition were invited to vote for their favourite artwork to win the People's Choice Award and we are delighted to announce that this year's winner is Sandy Williams with her abstract oil painting, Transition 2.

Transition 2 will continue to be displayed at Forest Arts until the exhibition closes on 4 January, before being exhibited in London in 2023. The painting was previously featured in Vogue magazine's Gallery section.
