World Happiness Day: Arts happy journal!

It's so important to look after your mental health, so this World Happiness Day we want to encourage you to spread and find joy in the simple pleasures.

Journaling is a great way to think creatively and write down what's on your mind - why not fill in and share our arts centre happiness journal stories...

Think about your favourite good morning quote and take a look at more journal-stories below. Simply save the designs to your phone (or print), complete and share on your social media or keep for yourself. If you plan to share, tag us too as we'd love to see - our Instagram handles are included on the designs...

Add gifs each day that reflect what mood you're in

You can also create a hygge corner by following the video that we made for Wellness Day last year - prepare for an afternoon of pure bliss...

Have a happy day!

Did you know that art, drama, movement and singing can all help to boost your mood? We've got a number of online classes to choose from at Forest Arts Centre, Ashcroft Arts Centre and West End Centre with some ticketed weekly and others ready to start a new term in mid-April. Check them all out and book here or on the individual arts centre websites.
