Westival is back and we need your help to celebrate...

We are looking for 2D artworks to go up on our gallery walls at West End Centre around the theme of 'Let’s Celebrate'! The exhibition is open to absolutely everyone from 0 – 112 years old!

(In-venue Westival gig-goers will get a sneaky peek on Saturday 24 July)

All artwork is free to submit and can be of any 2D size, medium or subject. We shall aim to exhibit all artwork, although this may be subject to space available at the centre.

How do I submit my artwork?

- To submit your artwork please drop off between Tuesday 20 - Thursday 22 July, 10am - 4pm, along with a complete submission form available to download and print below. Postal entries will not be accepted.

Important note: all work must remain up for the duration of the exhibition throughout August. It must also be prepared for hanging with mirror plates and clearly labelled with the following:

Name of Artist
Title
Medium
Size
Price (only provide prices of your artwork if you’re happy for artwork to be sold, we will take a 20% commission for all art sold)

How many pieces can I submit?

- It is a maximum of two pieces per artist.

Can I sell my artwork?

- Yes! We shall take 20% commission on all artwork sold.

When do I collect my artwork?

- If your artwork has not sold you must collect it between 31 August - 2 September 2021. Please note we will be unable to store art work at the centre so it must be collected on this date (in the event of another lockdown we will keep hold of artwork for longer).  Postal returns will not be possible.

Is there an age limit?

- No! Anyone can exhibit.

Can my family and friends come and see my artwork?

- Yes! From Monday 26 July - w/c 23 August you can view the exhibition (Saturday 24 July for Westival customers only). Please be sure to check our website for open hours before visiting.
