Preview: Winchester Art Club at City Space

Ahead to the reopening of City Space gallery next week, here’s a chance to preview this year’s display of Winchester Art Club’s member’s work.

The exhibition spans a wide range of art-making processes: painting, printmaking, sculpture, woodcarving and textiles. The submissions are judged by a panel and winning entries are decided entirely on merit.

If something catches your eye, do come visit the show in person! All of the work is for sale and will be available to collect at the end of the exhibition in February.

Winchester Art Club was founded in 1919. The objective of the Club is to encourage the practice of Fine Arts in Winchester, particularly among those who paint as a hobby. Members include painters, print-makers, sculptors, woodcarvers and more, from beginners to professional artists.
